Assumptions: Default 24 fps. Common rates: 23.976, 25 (PAL), 29.97 (NTSC drop-frame), 30, 50, 60.

Why this matters in film & video
Duration-to-frame count at a given frame rate. At 24 fps one second is 24 frames; at 30 fps it is 30. Set project fps before relying on this.
